today on the train i kept staring at the back of the girl in front of me cos her shirt said

"i am not an shengdai."

why do people wear shirts with slogans that don't make sense, or that they don't know the meaning of? reminds me of the time where my grandma bought me this mambo shirt (she liked it cos it as bright orange) and it said "mambo. like rabbits." and on it were two rabbits mating. what the heck. and my mum let me wear it to church! DID NO ONE NOTICE?! NO ONE TOLD ME! I WAS WHAT, ELEVEN YEARS OLD!!!! i think they must have all been pointing at me behind my back. "omg her shirt her shirt *psst psst*"

omg i'm packing my room into boxes now (preparing to move house), and I HAVE TOO MUCH JUNK!!!!

i'm finding things i forgot i had (old self-drawn comic series from sec4, mosquito repellant wth, world atlas, bugs bunny foolscap?!?!)

and can't find stuff i want (PRIMARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATES. THE ONLY EVIDENCE OF MY GENIUS)

and there are all these wires!! to connect from God knows what to dunno where!! dumped them all in a bag to bring over. oh and did i mention i have a ton of notebooks? can't put those in storage cos they might turn yellow, but zomg there are too many to bring over right?! argh all my impulse notebook purchases are coming back to haunt me now (but they are so prettyyy).

oh and i just found an umbrella. what is am umbrella doing in my room.

crap and i wanted to finish this in a day :(

before i head off to my long awaited nap, i'd like to take some time to reflect on these past few months... (haha that was weird.)

today marked the end of my first semester in SMU School of Law... and what a bad mark it was *sigh* BUT, at least i was prepared for it. not the paper, the bad mark hahaha.

this first sem must have been one of the worst periods of my life! never have i studied as hard as i did in these few months. crazy i tell you. and if not for my mad chionging the first half of the semester, i think i would have died for finals cos the crazy notes i made in the beginning really saved my ass during the papers. started to slack off in the later half and that really didn't help at all. it was a huge, HUGE blessing that my group did Accident for crim presentation and ADR for lslma paper. if not for these i would have totally died.

so it's a big lesson learnt - BE CONSISTENT!!!! next sem i vow to concentrate on my work and get it done asap, free from distractions. then i can go relax and play. but i also want to go for pro bono starting next sem to get CIP hours and learn stuff about law and help out, so i gotta have good time management :/ gah i think life's not going to get any easier.

wao wao top PSLE kid is from Qifa Primary School, MY PRIMARY SCHOOL!! and it's some neighbourhood school tucked behind rows and rows of terrace houses.

i think this just shows that in primary school, it's the kid, not the school.

crap i was supposed to be asleep by 10pm but the TV got me hooked. i will NEVER get enough sleep -.-
